Installation
After the contract equipment arrives at its destination and the buyer provides the necessary installation conditions,
the seller sends personnel to the user site to conduct equipment installation, commissioning and technical training (operation, daily maintenance).

Warranty
After the contract equipment is installed, both parties sign an equipment acceptance form and the warranty period starts.
The equipment warranty period is 36 months after passing the acceptance inspection or 39 months after the goods arrive at the destination.
Whichever expires first.
(Note: Gloves, purification materials, organic solvent adsorption materials are not included)

During The Warranty Period
the seller bears all costs for equipment maintenance, parts replacement, and travel on business.
However, for the repair of malfunctions caused by man-made damage and improper operation,
all costs are borne by the user;

Outside The Warranty Period
we provide technical support and question answering on the phone. If needed,
the seller’s engineers can visit the equipment site in person to conduct maintenance and technical training.
Relevant costs shall be borne by the user;

When Contract Equipment Fails
When the contract equipment fails, the seller ensures timely repairs.
And ensure response within 1 hour of receiving the seller’s service request,
If faults cannot be eliminated by telephone guidance,
the seller’s engineer can arrive at the site to provide services within 2 working days.
