There are two main processing routes commonly used in traditional aluminum foil production:
Ingot hot rolling method (casting → hot rolling and blanking → cold rolling → foil rolling);
Double-roller casting and rolling method (aluminum melt is poured into the casting roll → solidified and hot rolled → cold rolled → annealed);
The aluminum foil production process involves multiple complex rolling processes and heat treatment processes. Alloy blending requires rich aluminum foil production experience and high equipment precision requirements.
