The window flange is made of an integral thick plate cut into an integral rectangular ring shape, which has high strength, resistance to impact and extrusion deformation, and sealing grooves can be opened.

The integral flange window and annular sealing groove are formed in one cut using a large gantry machining center. The flatness of the sealing support surface and the bottom surface of the sealing groove is <0.1 mm/m.

The flange window and the box are continuously welded, and the welds are inspected by non-destructive testing to ensure that there is no leakage at the welds.

It adopts a vacuum sealing method in which the integral annular “O” ring is embedded in the integral annular groove. The sealing ring high sealing reliability without seams, and the box leakage rate is <0.0006vol%/h.

It is suitable for sealing windows and doors of vacuum equipment.
